The table illustrates the proportion of a survey about people’s satisfaction in three categories; range of activities, club facilities, and opening hours. Overall, mostly people are very satisfied with club facilities, whereas the least is the range of activities. Notably, in all categories female members give a good rate, rather than male members.
In the terms of club facilities, both women and men have similar proportion of very satisfied around 64%. Then it follows by satisfied altogether only reached 49%. For the opening hours, women felt very satisfied around 72% compare than men are only 44%. Likewise, ‘satisfied’ is given more by women rather than man, with 25% and 19% respectively. In contrast, male tend to very satisfied by range of activities rather than women, accounted for 55% and 35% respectively. Interestingly, women also give the presentation in same number, similarly men are slightly higher at 40%.
In these three categories, mostly people tend to not satisfied by the opening hours, especially for men which about 37%, twelve times higher than women perception. It followed by range of activities, specifically by women at 30%, six times higher than men. Likewise, in the club facilities women are higher than man, about 14% and 10% respectively.
