The table illustrates the amount of data that was collected for the month of February in 2000 by a bookshop organisation.
It can be easily observed that many college students used mostly the services of the bookstore; in contrast, the total number of members of the public has the lowest figure for this trend.
Regarding non-book club members, three types of books, namely fiction, non-fiction, and magazines, were consumed by a large number of members, including college staff, students, and public members. Meanwhile, these individuals tended to buy magazines with a significant number of books, whereas the university staff, students, and members of the public bought 332, 1249, and 82 books, respectively. However, they spent the least money on the fiction type, especially the fiction books sold for public members was none.
With bookclub member group, the highlighted figure was bought for 942 non-fiction books, which accounted for the highest. Following that were fiction and magazines, selling for approximately three to four times compared with the ones.
