The table shows the figures of fiction books, non-fiction books and magazines in a college bookshop for February 2000. The figures are divided into two categories; non-book club members and book club members. Overall, magazines had the highest number of people who preferred it in non-book club members. While, in book club members, non-friction book had the highest number of readers.
To begin with, in the non-book club members, from total 405 members of collage staff, bought 332 magazines, 44 fiction and 29 non-fiction books. Total 1474 people of college students brought 1249 magazine, 194 non-friction and 31 fiction books. Although, non-friction books were sold to members of public and they purchased 122 non-friction books and 82 magazines. Members of public avoided purchasing fiction books. The total 204 people from public member purchased books from three categories.
To continue with, total 1051 members, from book club member bought more fiction books which were 76 and non-friction books were 942 and magazine were 33 which were the lowest number in book club members. The total number of publication sold was 3134. Total 151 books of fiction,1287 books of non-fiction and 1696 books of magazines were sold, as magazine had the highest number of readers.
