Overall, what stands out from the table is that the highest scores for four categories belonged to German. While listening and reading scores levels of French and Indonesia were exactly the same, other categories were slightly different from each other. In addition, in Malaysia, the scores of listening and writing ranked last, although reading section was ranked first.
In detail, out of four countries, German was leader in listening, writing, speaking, and overall sections recorded with 6.8, 6.6, 6.9, and 6.7, respectively. Furthermore, the rate of listening and reading were exactly the same, described as 6.3 and 6.1, in both French and Indonesia, whereas writing and overall scores are marginally higher in French than in Indonesia. Yet, speaking score in Indonesia ranked second with 6.7 after German.
By contrast, the speaking scores of both French and Malaysia were given as 6.6. However, the rate of listening and writing were in the last place with 6.2 and 6.0, respectively, in Malaysia.
