Overall, it is evedent that the most consumed is meat eggs and nuts in all years however the fruit was consumed a bit. It is still contining increasing rate over the preriod time.
Looking at the meet eggs and nuts show 465 in 1970 and a bit lower 455 in 1990 however it increased to 480 in 2010. Grains are the best eaten product and showed 430 in 1970 and it saw huge increase 575 in 1990 then showed 625 in 2010. Added suger foods were eaten around 400 and 460 in over the period. Added fat was also common it showed 410 and 460 in 1970 and 1990 respectivly then it increased dreameticly 640 in 2010.
Looking at the lower figure that fruit was least consumed product and it showed around 70 and 85 in all years. Dairy was consumed 265 in 1970 then it decreased notisable to 260 and 255 in 1990 and 2010 respectivly. Vegetable was consumed almost same in all years 125 in 1970 and 1990 however it showed small decrease to 120 in 2010. Total score showed 2165 in 1970, 2405 in 1990 and 2665 in 2010.
