The table below gives information about the average time spent with family doctors in 9 countries, broken down by different age groups and measured in minutes.
Overall, it is evident that in most of the countries the time spent with doctors was to increase in all age groups, with the exception of Japan, India and Kenya that whether remained stable or declined. It is also note-worthy that Chile had the largest amount of time spent compared to other counterparts.
To begin with, in France children aged from 0-10 are spending 16 minutes, which is then gradually increases in the following age groups, reaching the total of 36 minutes spend with doctors among 70+ aged people. Similarly, the US, UK and Italy experiences substantial increases starting with 9-17 minutes in all counties and ending with the average of 21-31 minutes. However, Chile overtook all countries with highest point of 32 minutes among children aged from 0-10 to 39 minutes among the oldest population.
Brazil and Kenya, on the other hand, have seen decreases in the amount of time spend with doctors. Brazil having modest 12 minutes among the youngest people which then reaches the peak of 26 minutes among 40-60 aged people. however, this figure then fell by 6 minutes in 70+ aged people.
Finally, Japan and India remains stable with the average time spent 14 and 12 minutes in all age groups, respectively.
