The table shows how patients evaluated different services at three health centres, namely Longston, Peveril and Marchbank, using a scale from 1 to 10.
Overall, it is clear that Peveril Centre received the highest ratings in almost all categories, while Longston Centre generally had the lowest scores. Marchbank Centre showed moderate performance in comparison with the other two.
Looking at the overall average, Peveril Centre achieved the highest score of 8.3, followed by Marchbank at 7.2. In contrast, Longston Centre had a much lower average rating of 5.8. A similar pattern can be seen in most individual services.
Regarding doctors’ service, all three centres were rated highly, with scores ranging from 8.0 at Longston to 8.7 at Peveril. In addition, care of children was evaluated more positively at Peveril and Marchbank, with scores of 7.5 and 7.3 respectively, compared to 6.3 at Longston. However, there was a significant difference in response to concerns, where Peveril received the highest score of 9.6, compared to only 4.3 at Longston. Booking appointments and pharmacy services were also rated more positively at Peveril than at the other centres.
