In general, the overall average of Peveril Centre is the highest among three centres. There are noticeable differences in each aspect of the service, with the greatest attention given to doctors’ service in three medical centres.
It can be seen that booking appointments at Longston Centre are rated with the lowest point in all three centres (5.2 points), while this service at Peveril Centre are the highest with 9.1 points. Regarding doctors’ service, the three centers showed significant similarities in their rating percentages, at 8.0, 8.7 and 8.4 respectively. Futhermore, patients at Longston centre considered the care of children to be quite good and rate at 6.3 points, whereas the rate of Peveril centre in this aspect is as high as Marchbank Centre with 7.5 and 7.3 points.
According to pharmacy, compared to other sides of service across all three centers, this criterion received significantly lower scores. Especially the peveril centre’s response to concerns is rated with 9.6 point which reach the peak in this table. In contrast to 4.3 points of Longston centre in the same feature which is the lowest moment of the chart. Finally, the overall average of Peveril Centre is the highest level in all three medical facility with 8.3 point while Marchback Centre and Longston centre are rated 7.2 and 5.8 respectively.
