The table compares patient evaluations of five aspects of service at three health centres.
Overall, the Peveril Centre received the most positive ratings across all aspects, while the Longston Centre had the lowest. Moreover, among the five services, doctors’ service was consistently rated the highest, whereas the pharmacy received the lowest scores.
In detail, the Peveril Centre achieved outstanding results in most categories, with particularly high scores for booking appointments (9.1) and response to concerns (9.6). Its overall average of 8.3 was notably higher than the other two centres. The Marchbank Centre followed with an average of 7.2, while the Longston Centre lagged behind at just 5.8.
For individual services, Longston’s booking appointments and pharmacy were rated poorly, at 5.2 and 5.1 respectively, while its response to concerns was the lowest overall at 4.3. In contrast, all three centres received strong scores for doctors’ service, ranging from 8.0 to 8.7. Care of children was moderately rated in all cases, from 6.3 to 7.5.
