The chart provides information on the proportion of students voting good ratings for 5 different fields of a university over a period of 10 years from 2000 to 2010.
It can be clearly seen that there was an upward trend in the percentage of students who were satisfied with teaching quality,print resources and electronic resources ,while the opposites were true for the range of modules offered and teaching facilities.Notably, the figure for print resources was the highest over the period.
At 84% ,the figure for print resources was the highest ,compared with only 65% and 45% in the figures for teaching quality and electronic resources respectively.Over the next 5 years, the percentage of students giving good ratings for print resources witnessed a significant increase to reach a peak of 89% before declining slightly to 88% in 2010.Similarly,there was a decline to 63% in 2005 ,which was followed by a notable rise to 69% at the end of the period.Starting from 45%,the figure for electronic resources increased gradually to 88% in the last year shown.
Looking at the table ,it is evident that the proportion of students voting for good ratings for the building and teaching facilities was at 77%,over 2 times higher than the figure for the range of modules offered in the first year of the survey. In the following five years, the figure for the range of modules offered fell dramatically to 27% in the final year of the survey.Conversely, the proportion of students giving good ratings for teaching and building facilities remained unchanged at 77% from 2000 to 2010.
