The diagram compares five features (technical quality, print resources, electronic resources, range of modules offered and building/ teaching facilities) of a university in China in terms of good ratings received by students in the years 2000, 2005 and 2010.
Overall, the majority of the aspects witnessed an upward trend, albeit with varying levels. However, the figures for range of modules saw a fall while building/teaching facilities had the same numbers in all given years. Of particular note is Print resources which overtook other facilities, emerging as the dominant in this category.
In 2000, electronic resources were the second least rated feature. However, in the coming ten years, it saw a huge rise, reaching 70 and 89 percent in 2005 and 2010 respectively. With regards to technical quality, it got 65% of students voting it as good, followed by the same figures in 2005 and a 6% rise in 2010, hitting a high of 69%. As for print resources, they got 87% students rating it as good. In 2005, it climbed by 8 percent, hitting a high of 95 percent, but it concluded the period with 91%.
Focusing on building/teaching facilities, it remained unchanged in all given years, with 75%. The lowest votes were seen in range of modules offered, by experiencing a decline in all three years. It started with 33%, then it fell by 3 and 4 % in 2005 and 2010 respectively.
