It is clear that the percentage of students satisfied with Print resources, Electronic resources and Teaching quality witnessed an upward trend, while the opposite was true for Range of modules over the period. Strikingly, there was no change in the figure for Building and teaching facilities.
In 2000, most students voted for Print resources, at 87%, which was higher than the figure for Teaching quality and Electronic devices by 19% and 39%, respectively. Over the following 5 years, the proportion of students increased marginally to 89%, followed by a slight decline to 88% in 2010. The percentage of students satisfied with Electronic devices rose dramatically to reach a peak of 88% in 2010, while the figure for Teaching quality decreased slightly to 63% and then rose moderately to 69% in the end of period.
Looking at the tables in more detail, the figure for Rage of modules declined was the lowest good voting, with only 32%. After that, it decreased gradually to 27% at the end of the period. Meanwhile, the rate of Building and teaching facilities experienced a stability at 77% throughout the periods.
