The given table illustrates the survey results of perspectives from club members and the general public regarding three components of the newly-built theater in one town in 2012.
Overall, it is readily apparent that the vast majority of opinions were ranked excellent in all categories, whereas a small rate of survey participants felt that the theater was ill-equipped.
Regarding the point of view on the theater’s infrastructure, nearly three-fourths of the club members rated the equipment at an excellent rate (72%), compared to a lower rate at 64% from the public perspective. Although the proportion of the public who had negative opinions about amenities was four times that of club members (8% and 2% respectively), there was a negligible difference between the percentages of people giving a compliment to this element, around 25%.
In terms of information, the general public gave more positive comments for this sector than the club members did, with 66% from deep contentments, 14% from complaints, and 54% and 16% for club members in turn. In 2012, 20% from the public expressed satisfaction with this category, while 30% from the remaining group did.
As can be seen from the quality factor, nearly 90% club members ranked this feature at an excellent rate, conversely, only 2% of this group ranked it as poor. Additionally, the rate of the public who thought the theater was highly qualified dominated with 53%, but only 7% were dissatisfied. Moreover, the survey collected 10% from club members rating this as satisfied, which was one-fourth that of the general public.
