Overall, the numbers of careers associated with restaurants witnessed an upward trend, while the reverse was true for the remaining categories except for work linked with hotels stabilizing. Moreover, the jobs related to restaurants were the most popular from the year 1999 onwards.
At the commencement of the period, roughly 1100 tasks were associated with restaurants, with a subsequent soar to 1600 after 15 years and a final drop to 1300 by 2004. The opposite changes was seen in the quantities of those in hotels, which increased from 1000 to 1400 in the first five years and declined consistently to its initial point at the end of the period.
The number of work linked with sport and leisure started at 900, after which it decreased to nearly 600 in 1994 and rose back to over 1000 in the next five years before ending the period at around 700. The figure for travel and tours began at 800 and went up to about 1050 five years later prior to falling to 400 in the final year.
