The given tables and pie chart provide information about the results of a survey about the level of customer’s satisfaction with three distinctive aspects of a new shopping complex in Auckland, New Zealand.
Overall, both male and female customers were highly satisfied with shops, restaurants and design of the new shopping complex, while an insignificantly low percentage of customers was seen to unfavorably respond.
As can be seen from the charts, 71% of females were happy with the shops, which was far higher than 62% of their male counterparts. The figures for dissatisfied male and female customers were coincidentally equal at 20%. The percentage of men and women shoppers who left no comment was 18% and 9%, respectively.
According to the results, while the number of female customers who were happy with the restaurants was 59%, 80% of their male counterparts were seen to be considerably higher. Similarly, the percentage of the level of dissatisfaction among women accounted for 21%, which was four times higher than that of men. Also, there were 15% males and 20% females surveyed who expressed no idea about this category.
For the design of the shopping complex, an enormous 62% of customers felt satisfied, followed by 17% feeling very satisfied. The figures for the level of customers’ dissatisfaction and “no comment” namely comprised of 11% and 10%.
