The table gives information about distribution of world population in six regions from 1950-2000 as well as the prediction of distribution for 2050.
Overall, world population is increasing wildly since 1950 with Asia as a region with the most population scattered around. This marked by high marginal of percentages with other big regions such as Africa and Europe.
The data shows Africa distribution percentage gradually increase from 1950 to the estimated year 2050. It has the highest increase of 11% total from 1950. Meanwhile, Europe and North America shows decreasing population throughout the year. Europe population plunge from 22% to 7% from 1950 to estimate year 2050.
On the other hand, there are some regions remain constantly stable with barely seen differences. Latin America going from 6% to 9% and will be stable with 9% in 2050. While, the data shows Asia fluctuate midly from 1950 to 2050 with highest marginal of 4%. However, Oceeania shows barely a change throughout the year with 1% distribution of world population.
