recently more people are into part time jobs, in 2002 there were average working hours will discuss here the difference between European conteries on the working hours either part or full time.

For those who worked as a full time, Greece recorded as the highest hours for both women and men with only 0.7 difference from European average.It seems that men were spent more time on work than women except on Netherlands which had the same percentage for both genders. They thought Netherlands free of gender racism due to the same working hours mentioned that time.

Although part time jobs were not usual that time , females scored more hours especially on European average studies on the other hand men worked more in Greece.

In conclusion, on 2002 men preferd full time and women chosed part time one. Which is really make sense because for a woman they have already full time job as housewife.
