The table charts depict opinions about different features of a specific city in percentage for the years of 1980 and 2010.
Overall, healthcare is the best-rated service in the city, followed by education and environment, while only half of the people gave good vote for transport, legging behind all the other aspects in 1980. According to the second survey, the education outpaced healthcare. The good votes for healthcare and transport decreased considerably, whereas education and employment features healed significantly.
In 1980, the best service is healthcare with the good percentage of 82%. Education and environment ranked the second position for good votes at 72%. Shops, employment and transport lagged behind 65% for good votes. Moreover, transport gain good votes at 52%, but also bad votes constituted 32% of its all votes.
Good opinions for education and employment rose by 10% from 1980 to 2010, whilst healthcare deteriorated from 82% to 74% in 2010. Besides rising in good opinions of these aspects of the city, bad votes for education, healthcare and employment also grew to 9%, 12% and 23% respectively. Environment, shops did not witness a significant change and transport stayed at the same position as being the last, with a dramatic decline by 13%.
