The chart illustrates the survey performed on various aspects of a particular city during the year 1980 and 2010. Overall, the good aspects of the city has remained nearly identical.
A striking difference is observed who considered education as good , where it has soared from 72% to 82%. Employement’s good aspect rate of 2010 has also substantially exceeded that of 1980. In contrast, a significant dip can be observed in transport as a good aspect ,which has decreased from 52% to 39%. Healthcare has also experienced similar disparity in the good aspect rate where it has reduced from 82% to 74%.
A dramatic slip back can be observed in the education’ s average aspect, where its has dipped to 11% from 23%. Another identical shift can be observed in employment’s average rate which has reduced to 5% from 22%.
The bad rate has consistently increased in all the aspects of the city. The dramatic rise can be seen in the employement rate where it has grownf from 10% to a wopping 23%. A similar significant disparty can by observed in the environment rate where its has surged to 16%.
Overall, while some aspects have improved during the span of 30 years, most of them have dipped in quality specifically environment and employement.
