Overall, the housing estate will undergo many changes. The most noticeable alteration is the future emergence of difference options for houses instead of the current only four-bedroom one.

Looking at two maps, while the current housing estate has four bedrooms as its main type of building, the redevelopment one will plan to build more four different facilities namely flower garden, lake, parking area and tennnis court. The lake will be placed in the middle of the map with private road surrounded. The U-shape private road that linked to the main road will be narrowed down, and the area that it covers will be for trees and plants only. The U-Shape private road is also planned to be connected with the flower garden, and a lake will be digged in its upper western side, while a tennis court will be builts in the eastern side. There will also be the emergence of a rectangular parking area occured in the south of the map.

Furthermore, houses’ size will be divesifized to include one, two and three-bedroom options, while there will be no more four-bedroom houses. Another notable detail is that houses after redevelopment converge to the south of the map, or are built around the flower garden in particular, instead of being divergent as it current state.
