The illustration depicts the layout of a housing estate at the present, compared to in the future.

Overall, throughout the period, it is worth noting that this area will undergoes significant redevelopment with the most notable change being the introduction of numerous facilities. In addition, resident blocks are projected to be arranged and completely altered into one,two, three-bedroom type for better convenience.

Regarding the upper sectors, the main road running from top-right to top-left is expected to remain intact, whilst the curved private road in proximity to it covering some four-bedroom houses is anticipated to be narrowed and converted into a greenery zone. In comparison , it is projected to add a lake and a tennis court to the bottom left and right, respectively.

As for the other sectors, in the centre of the map, a flower garden surrounded by new one,two or three-bedroom houses is going to be added and connected to the previous private road. Similarly, a large parking zone, running from the bottom right to left, is expected to be constructed.
