The presented maps provide information about the housing state at the present time and how it is planned to change as a result of a reconstruction project.
Overall, the area is predicted to experience substantial modifications with the introduction of a complex of one-, two-, and three-bedroom houses replacing four-bedroom houses, along with the addition of new public amenities.
Currently, there is a private bending road dividing the area, built in the north of the site. Inside the road, there are a few houses surrounded by trees. Outside the road, the entire area is filled with four-bedroom houses accompanied by trees.
After the redevelopment, the road is narrowed down, and the dwellings inside disappear and are replaced by trees. The focal point of the area is the establishment of a flower garden at the center of the area, and there is a road constructed connecting the eastern road to the garden. Four-bedroom houses are now transformed into a complex of one-, two-, and three-bedroom houses, which are built surrounding the flower garden. In the west of the area, dwellings are flattened, making way for a lake and trees. Moreover, in the eastern part of the area, residential houses are also demolished and replaced by a tennis court and trees.
