The two given maps show information about a housing estate now, and its appearance after reconstruction.

Overall, the central places in this area has undergone a size reduction that helps more building to be constructed. In addition, type of houses has changed with a new way of arrangement.

Several changes have occured in the upper half of the estate. While the main road at the top of the maps has remained the same, the size of the spaces surrounded by private road will be reduced to one third, connecting with a upcoming flower garden by private road. Due to a large area left when reducing size of the spaces, a lake and a tennis court will have been built on the two sides of the private road, left and right respectively.

Changes in type of houses and installation of a facility are also witnessed at the bottom of the estate. While there will be a long parking place for local residents, all local houses, which have four bedrooms, will be transformed in to one, two or three-bedroom houses and will symmetrically on the two sides of the flower garden.
