The maps illustrate layouts of a housing estate at present and the plans for the future. Many trees will be removed, and the number of houses will be reduced and subdivided. A parking area will also be added in the future alongside other facilities.

At present, there is a main road on top of the map, and a U-shaped private road until middle of the map. There are four-bedroom houses scattered throughout the area, and they are also densely covered with trees.

In the future, the U-shaped private road will be reconstructed, leading to and surrounding a flower garden at heart of the map. On the two sides of the road will be a lake and a newly constructed tennis court. The flower garden is planned to be flanked by subdivided one-, two- and three-bedroom houses, making it more accessible. A new car-parking area will be position on the bottom of the layout. Some greenery will remain around the road and the houses.
