Dear Mr. Mohamed,

I am Ahmed who is the charged person to propose some innovative ideas to renovate our office reception area. I am writing to express some suggestions which may be beneficial for improvement process.

The primary complaints have revolved around the lack of cleanliness and organization, as well as the outdated and uninviting decor. Moreover, there have been concerns raised about the limited seating available, especially during peak times, which has resulted in discomfort for visitors waiting to be attended to.

The reception area serves as a reflection of our company’s professionalism, values and commitment to customer satisfaction. Furthermore, well-designed place can create a positive first impression, instilling confidence in our visitors and contribute to productivity by facilitating visitor check-in processes and reducing waiting times.

To address the concerns raised, I would like to suggest implementation of a regular cleaning schedule to ensure the reception area is kept tidy and presentable at all times. Adding additional seating to accommodate more visitors comfortably, and Update the decor to create a more modern and inviting atmosphere.
