Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to complain regarding the issue associated with the bus number 14 which provide commuting Oak Bay to Downtown daily.
The number of expedition and bus stop has been decreased due to long hours for voyage lately. The reduction had led to hinder accessibility of public transportation. Many people, who live in suburban and cannot afford to buy a car or commute with another way, are unable to access their accommodation, work, school. This situation results in inequality among citizens.
Even though the bus travel takes abundant time, solving the problem should not harm to other commuters, particularly who rely on sharing transit due to cost of its. To tackle this problem, I would like to recommend increase the quantity of public transportation. The number of busses could be increased, or the metro station has not been used ten years could be utilized in order to contribute public transportation.
Thank you for considering my suggestion. I would like to discuss this problem further.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Yours faithfully,
Jane Black
