Dear Manager of the bus company,

I am writing this letter to inform you about the problems with the bus services.

First of all, the public transportation services already had problems for about two weeks in my area, it always comes not on time and there is always a burnt smell. However when I asked the driver “What happened?” He says nothing to me.

In case of that, I really upset about this and because of this, it affects my working hours. I always had 30 minutes to set up my belongings before work, but now I cannot do it anymore. I even cannot buy my coffee before going to my office.

I expect you can solve this problem as soon as possible and please always check your bus company condition occasionally, because I think there is a problem with the engine.
