Dear Manager,

I am writing to this letter to complain about our bus service. I live in Puthukkudijiruppu. I work in department of building at Kilinochchi. Usually I take bus to go to work.Recently your bus service are not perticular time.

This problem affect me more because I arrived at my office after 9 O’ clock.

I think, do you know? our office regulation. So I got half day leave and my boss warn to me to arrive on time. Also my salry is reduced in last month.

please you do any alternative way to arrive bus on the time. please consider my request.
