The bar chart shows the percentage of transport-sector fuel derived from renewable energy in six European countries, together with the EU average, in 2009 and 2010. In general, the share varied considerably between countries: Slovakia recorded the highest proportion in both years and Greece the lowest, while the EU average rose slightly. The trend was mixed, with figures increasing in most countries but falling in Slovakia and Austria.
In 2009, Slovakia had the highest proportion of energy used, wich is more than 9%. However, in 2010, the figure decreased by slightly 2%, reaching nearly 8%. SiImilar story were followed by Australia, which was roughly 6.5% in 2009, and declined to over 5% in 2010.
However, in 2009, Poland, Spain, and Greece had 5%, 3,5%, and over 1%, respectively, which grew by almost 1% for each. Remarkably, the percentage of fuel from renewable energy in the transport sector in France remained the same over the period at 6%.(check this essay also with task 1 critique)
