Overall, women read significantly more books than men. Men were dominating in early years but eventually women took over and are still in lead by a large number.
In 2011, approximately 2800 books were read by women and 5000 books by men, but a year later, equal amount of books were read by both which was around 4000.
In 2013, the number for women readers grew exponentially jumping to over 7500, subsequently it decreased for men, reaching nearly 3800. This trend continued for women and number reached over 8000, but in contrast, the number for men rose to approximately 4300.
