From the chart we can tell that even though the recycling rate was slightly volatile in the beginning, all percentages kept on increasing until the end of the 2010.
From the above chart we can tell that, in the first few years, the Paper and Cardboard, had a slight incline and later a slight decline, while the glass container just slumped down by 10 percent. Later, both of them had a significant increase, while the former has slightly topped in the increase compared to latter.
