The diagram illustrates how tomato ketchup is produced. There are 15 stages that start with how the tomatoes are picked by the farmer until how tomato ketchup becomes our favorite sauce in hamburger.
The first step is ketchup production. Before the tomatoes are sent to the factory, tomatoes are picked and sorted to ensure the best ingredients are used. When they are arrived, the tomatoes are separated from their seeds, skin and stalk in order to proceed to be crushed in a container. Once it’s completely crushed, the sugar, vinegar, and salt are added before it is boiled for two hours and poured into a ketchup bottle.
The last step is distribution. After the bottle labeling is finished, the tomato ketchup will be checked one by one to verify & guarantee that the end-customer receive the best quality of ketchup. Moreover, the ketchup will be packed in a box in a certain number before it is sent to the supermarket. Finally, after a long way of production, the tomato ketchup is ready to be served as your hamburger sauce.
