Dear sir,

I am writing in order to complain about air conditioner which is located in living room has broken two days ago.

I have a problem with my air conditioner.Firsly, air conditioner demerged hot weather when I switched on. Then I tried to turn off. It was working albeit off. I worried about it. This equipment is nesesery because of hot. A part from that I have got only one air conditioner. In addition it is not only new but also expensive.

Although this was very dangerous, I behaved to fix air conditioner but I could not repair it . Then I colled to the angency and said about this problem . However they did not come .

I think the members of agency should come early. I must admit that they are a bit negligent . I request fix my conditioner.
