Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing in order to complain about air-conditioner which is located in the living room has broken two days ago.

I have several issues related to air conditioner. Firstly, it was damaged in the hot weather here, when I switched on. Then I tried to turn off. However, I tried to much more albeit off. Apart from that nowadays it is very necessary because of hot weather. Additionally, it is not only expensive, but also new.

Although it was dangerous, I behaved to fix it, while I could not fix it. Therefore, I decided to call to the agency and told them about problems. I demanded to fix it due to I have guarantee of air-conditioner for 3 years. However, they did not come untill now. I’admit that your staff is 10 negligent.
