Dear Sir,

Im writing this to express my keen interest in your tennis course as well as some inconvenience I face.

Given the fact that tennis has taken the world by storm in recent times, I have turned into a die-hard fan of the sport. Not only do I aspire to make a name for myself locally as a leading player, but also on the international stage.

Nonetheless, given my current sabbatical is only for four months, I am unable to attend the complete course; this is a heart-wrenching dilemma for my learning needs. What’s more , despite my request to my manager, for an extension, I have heard no positive word yet.

Needless to say, since I am missing half of the course, it would be appreciated if 5% of the fee can be waived considering my situation. Also, given the current rate of inflation and my financial circumstances, this resolution will be best-suited for me prior to enrolment.

I genuinely value your cooperation and would appreciate it if you maintain open communication on this matter.
