Dear Maftuna,

I hope your doing great. Im writing an apalogy letter regarding the injured camera which I hvae borrowed from you.

What actually happened was that i was taking photos in the street and it was a bit crowded when someone pushed me from behind.I lost my grip on the camera,and it feel to the ground.Altough the camera still works, there are several cracks in the lens.

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience i caused you due to my carelessness. Please accept my heartfelt apologies. I you could let me know where you purchased your camera , i will go there and buy a new one the same brend.

I know that this camera very ipmortant to you.I’m truly sorry for the damage, and i hope you you can forgive my thoughtlessness.
