Hello Sir/Madam,

I would like to spend time at your luxurious hotel for one week.

I am going to arrive at 10 o’clock at a local airport in Wien, so I suggest it would take me an hour to get downtown. Therefore, I would be over the moon if it was possible to check in earlier, because I have read at your website that it is from 12. I am planning to stay there from 15th June until 22nd June.

I would like to have a one-bedroom room with a bathroom en suite and a little terrace since I really enjoy sitting outside in the late evenings before I go to bed. How much does that room cost for a week?

You would be so kind, if you could provide me information about tourist areas and attractions nearby. I am really interested in visiting main castles and cathedrals, especially Schonbrunn castle, but I would like to know more about the infrastructure you have there.
