Dear Mr Juah,

Hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter to inform you about the problem which i have been facing for the last two weeks due to a poor leakage issue.

As i mentioned about a poor leakage issue from the outlet of the pipe. First, i tried to find out the reason for leakage and i checked this is from your washroom pipe. Actually, my kitchen and living room are being drenched due to this.

This problem has lasted for around two weeks. Indeed before we could not find the issue and were not able to move into our house.

I request you to please get it fixed by finding plumber in our area. I would be so grateful if you would get it done by today or latest tomorrow. I am ready to pay any additional charge which they might charge for my side.

I hope you will take prompt action on this matter.
