Dear James,

I am pleased to tell that I will be holding a birthday event at the Concourse Hotel at Beach Road, Singapore. As you may know we used to gather in this hotel when we were still students at Raffles Institution about 10 years ago.

I noted that you will be travelling from Malaysia and I am happy to refresh your memory on the route to Concourse Hotel, the direction will still be Green Line MRT. Once you arrived at the Changi Airport, proceed to the MRT at lower ground level at Terminal 3. There, you need to take a Green Line to Beach Road Station and the journey will take you approximately 30 minutes. I know you will reach Singapore at 3 P.M. tomorrow, so if you are taking the MRT before 4 P.M. then you should arrived at Beach Road Station by 4. 30 P.M. The Concourse Hotel is right opposite of the MRT station.
