Dear Mabel,

How are you doing? I recently got your letter, Congratulations on opening your store. I’m writing to offer you some advice as stated. I believe my opinions on next thing to do will give you an insight on how to go about your business.

I believe running an online store alongside your physical is a great idea. We are now in digital era where people would prefer to shop virtually than physically. One of the useful websites I would recommend for this purpose is Chowdeck. They are known for helping small businesses to upscale within a short period of time.

I choose this because they have a track record of good customer relationship. They are accessible, they also run 10% discount as a first-time customer which I believe it’s a good deal. They are 5 stars rated on google, which means they are reliable and trustworthy.

I would also advise you to trademark your brand name to prevent copywriting. It will be an added benefit to have an unique color for the brand. This gives a visual impression on future clients. I would love to hear from you again. Take care of yourself.
