Dear Sir or Madam,

I, Bismah Mir , currently residing in Dha phase 7 am writing to let you know about an unfavourable situation regarding the road situation at my locality that I’m facing since a past few months now.

Let me explain it to you. The condition of the road started to deteriorate about 3 months ago due to heavy rainfall. Because of this reason, my car has got broken and this is causing a-lot of trouble in my daily commute to work and along with that, i have to pay for the other ways of transport to reach at work which is an additional amount in this inflation.

Would you please look into this matter. I would highly appreciate if you can send orders to make the road, so that i can again get back to work with ease. I would be highly obliged to you.
