Dear Sir,

My name is Sarah and I am living at 45B Abbey Road. I am writing this letter to inform you about the terrible condition of the road in front of my apartment.

Just a few years ago when I first moved into this place, the road was smooth and nicely surfaced. Over time, due to bad weather conditions and heavy traffic on the street, the road is now full of potholes of various sizes. Many accidents have happened on this road, partly because the drivers lost control when driving through these holes.

I sincerely hope you can repair these potholes as soon as possible, so people around the area, including me, can feel safer when driving. Please do not forget to seal the cracks on the pavements as well since I believe these can also make the road worse over time.
