Dear Sir/Madam,
I hope this letter finds you well. My name is Steve and I am a resident of Sunflower apartments since January 2024.
I am writing to express my concern regarding the recent issue I encountered regarding condition of roads in our neighbourhood, which I believe require urgent attention. Since last monsoon, the potholes on the roads have widened and filled with rainwater. It became a breeding ground for mosquitoes, spreading diseases in the neighbourhood, such as dengue, malaria, etc. In June 2024, many individuals suffered from mosquito-borne illness. Additionally, it creates a serious risk for pedestrians and drivers.
I kindly request that you look into this matter at your earliest convenience and provide a resolution. As a temporary solution, please get them drained and resurfaced to prevent further deterioration. However, permanent surfacing will be required to ensure safety of residents. Your attention to this issue would be greatly appreciated, and I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Yours Sincerely,
Steve Martin
