Dear Mr. Williams,

I am writing a letter to inform you about the problem that I am currently facing with allocated computer system. About few days back, I received this and it was working fine but suddenly giving me problems with freezing and slowliness in computer.

As this problem arose from last 2-3 days, It’s deeply affecting me employment work. I am unable to complete my tasks on time as when I navigate to another tab it delays the navigation response time. Thus due to slowliness, it degrades my productivity within our team.

There are numerous steps that we can adopt to resolve this problem. One we can adopt is increase my RAM size of computer, which will boot the speed. However if not, then we can replace the old computer with new one. Hence, unused storage will increase the speed of computer.
