I am writing to express my aspiration to participate in a training course named “Improve pedagogical skills”, which facilitates my current job as an English teacher.
Last week, while surfing the Internet, I came across a post of the University of Languages and International Studies, which takes place on 25th April and focuses on boosting pedagogical skills of learners. Being a new English teacher who have just graduated from the university for 1 year, I truly believe that this training course will be a splendid opportunity for me to cultivate and better my pedagogical skills including: classroom management, lesson planning skills, problem-solving skills in class, etc. This enables me to enhance the teaching quality, contributing to better delivered lessons to students.
In terms of the work I am in charge, since the course is only organized at the weekend, there will be not any tremendous impacts on my work and the duties will be performed with the same efficiency as at the moment. Therefore, I would greatly appreciate if your permission for me to partake in this training course.
