Hey! Dear sir,

I hope you are fine. I am here to discuss with you about my recent job. I am doing here as a manager of company. I have almost 1 year experince and I am really enjoy it. This firm gives me many opportunity to do something new everyday. Now I could like to request you to give me a chance to work with company’s head-office. I know I have alot of work burden with company’s office but I know I will do. It is a great chance to imporve the work progress and experince as well. So, give me six months to work with you. While I am away from my work the work could be done by my close staff friend by this firm.

So, its my humble request to look at my request and arrange the hole circumstance to make its easy and comfortable for me. When you are arranging everything the very next day I will came. Hope you will never mind.
