Dear manager,

I trust this letter finds you well. I am writing this letter to request that you set up a cafeteria on the company premises for the employee.

It greatly touched my heart when I heard that the employees were suffering a lot in the absence of a cafeteria. They need to carry their lunch from home and sometimes go outside for lunch or a snack. Which greatly hampered their work. Additionally, it is so challenging for female staff to go outside the cafeteria to fulfill their basic needs. I am really disappointed about this inconvenience.

It would be appreciated if you took the step of setting up a cafeteria in the company, which will be helpful for all kinds of stuff, and they can get the opportunity to enjoy their break time with other colleagues and also reduce their harassment when taking lunch. Therefore, this initiative approach encourages the employee to work to their full potential.
