Band 5+: Write a letter to your manager to request setting up a cafeteria for the staff. In your letter, you should tell: what you heard about the inconvenience from the staff how you feel about it what suggestions you have.

Good day! I would like to express how i and my co-workers felt for the inconvinience of the distance going to cafeteria to buy some food while on breaktime, after working from the company premises.

The employees are having a tough time walking back going to the cafeteria to purchase some food as we are given only thirty minutes to utilized our breaktime and we need to walk thirteen minutes going to the cafeteria or store and thirteen minutes coming back to our working place. We have only 4 minutes left to buy our food or snacks. Most of the time we are late in our duties because the line is very long, it is the only cafeteria we have that is near from our company premises. There’s no vehicles in the area that we can ride in. So we need to walk, i am worried and exhausted for two months me and my co-workers cannot eat well and they will choose to do their duties instead of having a meal. Usually, they don’t bring a food in the office because of their busy time ate home.

In behalf of my co-workers, i am asking a heartfelt request to put a cafeteria here in our company premises. So that it will be convinient to the employees and more accessable to buy a meal or snacks. So we can have a happy tummy and our mind and body can work well.
