Dear Mr. Khasanov,

My name is Elyor Muminov, and I work in your company. I am writing to you inquire about to exchange my work schedule which worked from Monday to Saturday from 8:00 a.m to 12:00 p.m.

I have been working in your company for four years, and I am happy about it. At present I work from Monday to Saturday from 8 a.m to 12 p.m. I always go to work on time and performs all tasks well.

As for the reason I would to change my work schedule, recently started a foreign language course in order to develop my skills. Unfortunately, this course time coincides with my work hours. In addition, there are no other courses at this language center at a convenient time for me. Therefore, I would be appreciate if you exchanged my work schedule to another time.

I hope you will understand my situation well and can help me. I would really appreciate it if you could change my work schedule from 1:00 p.m to 5:00 p.m. Furthermore, in the future I would use my knowledge and skills for the development of your company.
