In 1999 the percentage of the users in USA and Canada wre 20% and 10% respectively. Canada’s percentage increased sharply throughout of the period, exciding USA’s rate and reaching 60% in 2003, and in the end of the period reaching 90%. In a meantime rate of the internet users of USA grew to 55% in 2003 and 70% in 2007. By the end of the period, USA’S percentage have a slightly growth by 75%.

In early 1999 the web users was only 5%. And by the time it started growing slightly. In 2003 it was 20% and in 2005 had an increase to one-tenth. Then there was a growth of 15% in the years 2007. But Mexico’s percentage of online users was the lowest in the end of the period.
